How the Broncos Are Buying Up Land for a New Stadium
Ever since Mayor Mike Johnston was inaugurated in 2023, he’s made a priority of both keeping the Broncos in Denver, but also working with the team on a brand new stadium (that could host a Super Bowl or Beyonce). The City of Denver published a new small area plan last week, laying out a vision for development around the Broncos’ proposed site in Burnham Yard. Today, we are revisiting a conversation host Bree Davies had with BusinessDen’s Thomas Gounley and Justin Wingerter as they were just starting to uncover the story behind the push for a new Broncos stadium.
