This week, we're having reader Sara M. take us on a tour of Denver’s Highland neighborhood.

🚶 The Walkability

“I don't feel like I'm in the city, but I can still walk to two really close grocery stores, my office in LoDo, Coors Field, Ball Arena, Elitch’s, and just head out the door and explore the city!”

🍽️ The Awesome Eats

“All the wonderful restaurants from the Culinary Creative Group, including Ash'Kara! All of their restaurants have amazing happy hours that include food (exciting for this non-drinker). They are also opening a new breakfast place called Fox and The Hen, and I cannot wait!”

🏡 The Charming Vibes

“Walk around the neighborhood and look at all the beautiful houses and their gardens. I love walking down the street to see all the lavender and Colorado sunflowers this time of year — it's magical.”

🛒 The Local Market

Locavore! This is technically a grocery store, but they have great events too. It's great for putting together dinner at the last minute when you can't decide what to eat.”
