🍽️ Denver Feed-A-FamilyEvery year, the Epworth Foundation — a local nonprofit committed to youth, family, and hunger prevention in the Denver community — holds the Denver Feed-A-Family event in memory of “Daddy Bruce” Randolph. Daddy Bruce was a local restaurateur and philanthropist who fed Denver’s hungry every Thanksgiving for 30 years, until his passing in 1994 at the age of 94. To date, the Feed-A-Family event has fed over 50,000 individuals across metro Denver.

  • Get Involved: The foundation is still in need of volunteers and donations to make this year’s event possible. Learn more about how to contribute.

🍽️ Ms. Betty’s Harvest MadsgivingLocal husband-wife chef team Tajahi and Danielle Cooke are partnering with the Salvation Army for their fourth holiday season delivering free meals to thousands of families across Colorado on Thanksgiving day. The Cookes are relying on help from more than 200 volunteers to reach their goal of 10,000 meals delivered this year. The meals will go to Salvation Army locations, church groups, and other philanthropic organizations across the Front Range that will distribute the food to the people in their communities.

  • Get Involved: While all the volunteer slots for this year have already been filled, you can still contribute directly to the cause with a monetary donation.
